At Pelican Phone Cases, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your case doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the phone case in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include all original inserts.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned case, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
